I Love to cook, today I made 'palak paneer curry' at home, thought it would be great to share the recipe with all of you. Here it is, You should also cook it, it is a healthy, tasty and kids favorite recipe. Time:30 Min Ingredients: *Oil *Cumin Seeds *Cottage Cheese (Malai Paneer) *Spinach *Onion *Ginger *Garlic *Green Chilli *Tomatoes *Turmeric *Salt *Garam Masala *Catch Sabji Masala *Amul Fresh Cream How to Cook: Wash spinach and keep aside, add a small glass water in a pan and boil spinach in it covered, for 5 to 6 min. Now take the spinach out from the water and grind it well.  Make paste of onion (3 large for 500 grm of Spinach) and ginger, garlic and green chilli together and keep aside.  Take a pan and oil in it (Mustard oil), heat it and add cumin seed in it, also add some Red chilli according to your taste.
