I Love to cook, today I made 'palak paneer curry' at home, thought it would be great to share the recipe with all of you. Here it is, You should also cook it, it is a healthy, tasty and kids favorite recipe.

Ingredients:
*Oil
*Cumin Seeds
*Cottage Cheese (Malai Paneer)
*Spinach
*Onion
*Ginger
*Garlic
*Green Chilli
*Tomatoes
*Turmeric
*Salt
*Garam Masala
*Catch Sabji Masala
*Amul Fresh Cream
How to Cook:
- Wash spinach and keep aside, add a small glass water in a pan and boil spinach in it covered, for 5 to 6 min.
- Now take the spinach out from the water and grind it well.
- Make paste of onion (3 large for 500 grm of Spinach) and ginger, garlic and green chilli together and keep aside.
- Take a pan and oil in it (Mustard oil), heat it and add cumin seed in it, also add some Red chilli according to your taste.
- Now add the onion paste in it and cook until it oil appears separating from it.
- Add Turmeric (a small spoon), Garam Masala (half of a small spoon), Catch Sabji Masala (1 and half tablespoon ), Salt (according to your taste) in it.
- Now add chopped tomatoes(2 would be good for 500grm) in it and cook for 2 min.
- Now add grind spinach in it and let it boil for 5 to 6 min, after that add Cheese cubes in it.
- Now add fresh cream 2 or 3 spoon and mix. Cook for a minute, if you want you can add some water in it.
- Now your Palak Paneer is ready, decorate with fresh cream and serve with bread (chapati) and rice.
